I-864 and SSI
hello,
My father filed I-130 for my brother and 3 sisters (all married with children). now he needs to file I-864. My parents live with me and I show them as dependent. My both parents are on social security income. I file my taxes as married filing jointly.
Questions are:
1) When my dad files i-864, does my mom has to also file i-864a?
2) Does he show me as a household member under adult child and I file i-864A or do I file I-864 as joint sponsor?
3) If I have file i-864 as joint sponsor, does my wife has to file i-864a as my house hold member since we file taxes married filing jointly.
