I am a South African who got married to an american in South Korea. I received my CR1 visa. But our marriage certificate has my last name on it as korea do not change last names.
I will enter USA on the 30th june 2014.
How can i change my last name to my husbands, that my green card and social security card will have his last name on it? While im still in korea?
