Hi all,
I wished to confirm something that the NVC Agent mentioned the last time I spoke to them on a call. I have applied for a CR-1 Immigration Visa for my Spouse who is of the Indian Nationality. Her case has been assigned to US Consulate in Mumbhai and we are currently in the step of submitting the necessary Civil Documents.
The NVC Agent stated that for we did not need to mail an Original copy of the Police Clearance Certificate from the Passport Office to the NVC along with the other Civil Documents and that the Applicant only needs to bring the to the Interview at the US Consulate in Mumbhai.
Would any body in a similar situation be able to confirm this?
