my PD is Jan 2007, for EB3 visa employment based visa. I had to request transfer of case from MNL (Manila) to ABD abu dhabi as i am currently staying in UAE. I was informed by NVC that my case is under review. How long does it usually take for NVC to generate a new case number under abu dhabi?
