Hi! I would like to ask usually how long is the process of the petition of a parent for his single over 21yo daughter? Im a single parent but single is my status. hoping for anyone's reply.

The waiting time for an available visa slot depends on whether parent is a U.S. citizen or Green Card status, and country of daughter.
The timeframe can be 7 years to 20 years, depending on status of parent and country of child.

On October 3, 2014, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days from October 3, 2014, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application with fee.

The message means that the petition associated with that receipt number is in danger of being cancelled if the delivery address issue is not fixed with USCIS.
