I entered the US on F-1 Student visa with D/S on the I-94 , overstayed.
D/S there is no unlawful presence
Father is US citizen he filed I-130 for me. Have not accrued any unlawful presence. Once the I-130 was approved and the Priority date became current, we filed the I-824 and completed the Fee Bill from the NVC. Currently AoS and DS-260 are under review at the NVC. Will travel to home country for consular processing interview. I overstayed as my parents are old and my mother is a brain tumor patient. My question: What can I expect to be asked at the interview? I have documents showing my parents’ health condition.
What kind of questions should I prepare for the interview? As I was trying to compile a list of possible questions that I may be asked at the immigrant interview
