Is anyone here who can help us regarding filing of spouse immigration. I know few things which is necessary like I-130 form and G-325a form.
My wife need to start immigration process and would like to know what exact forms will be required and what documents should we submit.

    Second query:
My wife is divorced but she has successfully taken divorce decree with court orders of change in name. Is it possible for her to file with supporting document like divorced decree or does she need to change her name in the passport / citizenship certificate before she applies.

    Hi,
My case was very similar. The best thing for you to do is to go through a lawyer as he/ she will be able to tell you the exact documents you need and file them for you. What I can tell you is that she will require her divorce deed, certificate from a 'Nazim' or any proof that it has been registered with the court. It is also a good idea if her ID card has her marital status on it. You will also need the Nikah Nama as proof of marriage.

I hope this helps you in your immigration

The forms you need to submit are the i-130 (obviously), the G-325A for BOTH you and your wife, and the G-1145 (this form is optional - but worth submitting)

…Be aware that although you technically only need to submit 3 forms (i-130 and two G-325A) or four if you submit optional G-1145, there are many other things to submit, like supporting documents, passport pictures, etc. This is a really useful checklist that my husband and I referenced quite a bit when assembling the i-130 package

My passport still has my maiden name in it (since we sent in the i-130 about a week and a half after getting married - there wasn't time to change it) and from what I could find online, it won't affect the petition.

Also, you should submit ANY supporting documents such as divorce decree, marriage certificate, etc. that can establish the relationship in the strongest way possible.

      Hope this helps!
