I realy need your help

I petition my mom and dad to immigrate to USA. It is now time to file I-864 and DS-260. But my parent have other minor child - 12 year old. No body take care child when parents come to USA. When I pay for AOS fee, immirgrant visa fee, there only my parents names qualify for visas, not minor child name. Even though, in form filed 130, i listed minor child in it.

How can i do or is there any documents i can send to NVC so that NVC grant immigrant visa for my brother/ my parents' minor child?

The minor child of your parents is not eligible for an "immediate priority" visa. As your sibling, it will take 10-24 years for the child to be eligible for a visa. When your parent(s) get here, one of them has to petition the child, which will then make him eligible in 18-20 months.
