Hello all,
I'm new to this forum. I'm a UCS who got married recently to an Indian.I just applied the petition i130 and USCIS received the petition and i got the notification letter within 7 days. I'm still waiting for the petition to get approved.Could anyone please tell me how long it will to get approved? one more question currently i m unemployed n looking for new job. what are the other option to file affidavit support without join sponsor?what if i have enough money in my bank acct?(if i m still unemployed) hopefully i will get my job ASAP..Thanks
