asking about Affidavit paper for Marriage

Now my Fiance is coming in Dec from US then we are getting marry and we have found that we have to have this Affidavit paper from the Embassy here in Cairo , Egypt
my Question now is me and my Fiance found something about appointment before going to do that paper is She as American citizen need appointment to get into the embassy to that paper please help we are freaking out there's no appointment available in our Vacation time so how is there's ability to get this paper from US before she come over here plz pretty plz help us figure it out .

The U.S. Embassy "free to marry" affidavits are a requirement for foreigners marrying in many countries. These are not U.S. Embassy requirements, but only a notarial service provided by U.S. Consulates. If you are able to marry in Egypt without the Embassy Affidavit, you will be able to meet the petition requirements, but this depends on how serious the Embassy Affidavit is considered by marriage license authorities in Egypt.

Mainland China doesn't seem to restrict marriages without the Affidavit, but Philippines Registrars require both the Affidavit and now a national Marriage Registry check of foreigners (a requirement at most Local Registrars, but not all).

It depends on the requriement at your particular Embassy. Go to your embassy website and see if appointments are needed for "notarial services." This affidavit is considered "notarial service."

they required it but i thought it's just for Egyptian not for American Citizen I mixed between that and that
