interview date timeline

Dear sir or madam,
It's been 2 months and 5 days since I have submitted all my document to NVC yet I did not hear anything from them whereas they said it will take 60 days to review all my document.
Does NVC send any case complete mail or e-mail or they just directly send the interview date?
Please give me your opinion.

I called NVC the other day and they said my case is complete but my brother got a checklist and as both the case was file at the same time so for my brother's checklist my case will be delay . After my brother's case will be complete which will take more 60 days then we will accept to get an interview date.

We have also got a checklist. . So we have to wait for more 60days after submitting some other documents. .
