Dear Sir/Madam,
Two urgent questions please.
1- I am U.S. Citizen sponsoring my husband, but I don't work. I am looking for a co-sponsor, however, my husband is able to get some money in his account which covers the minimum requirements. However, this money will not be credited in his account except couple of weeks before submitting the documents to the NVC. In this case, will NVC consider this sufficient?. My concern that the money will not be available in his account before filing the case by long time.
2- Despite we are intending to go to the states as soon as we get the immigrant visa, I have been over a year staying with my husband on a residence visa in one of the GULF countries. My main address is in the USA, which is my parents address. I am using that address in all of my correspondents. Is this sufficient?
