My sister living in US filled a I-130 Immigration Visa for me (brother) living in India in 2010 and now 2 weeks earlier she received a letter REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE stating that the birth certificates she submitted contained unrelated to both petitioner and beneficiary.
The document sent by USCIS includes heading regarding the NAME CHANGE,BIRTH Certificate(showing both parents' name....)
Actually my birth certificates contains my nick-name and not the official name and they have requested the secondary evidences too.
Now we cannot change or alter the details on birth certificate but we have all other evidence such as photos, pan cards, school leaving certificate, passport etc.
Plz help me how to proceed with the matter and I also have a doubt that whether they are requesting documents from my side or both me and my sister.
Thanks.
