Hello all,
We filed our I-130 directly at the consulate with a in person appointment back in November.
We paid via AMEX, which was of course deducted the same day.
However, reading around this forum, it seems we should have gotten a "Receipt Notice of Action". We never got a single thing until now. Should I be panicked about it?
I emailed [email protected] to see if they know anything and was only told "the Immigrant Visa Section does not have an approved petition for your wife" and that I should contact [email protected]. I have send them several emails until now, but none have ever been responded to.
Should I just drive back to the consulate and see what I can find out that way?
