I had my h1 interview on 19th December and had a dismissed case of domestic violence. I didn't have the document of case being dismissed at the time of my interview. Consulate gave me a form and asked me to submit the document of case dismissal. I submitted the document the same day and my case status shows administrative processing. How long is this process and they did not take my passport? Please help. I'm worried as my return is on the 20th of January and I haven't heard anything.
