Changing from F2B to F1
Hi,
My dad sponsored as a permanent resident for my brother(in Bangladesh and over 21) on September 2008, his status was F2B and priority date was SEP08. My dad become citizen on April 2013, so my brother's status changed to F1. Being an F1 will take longer time than F2B. Is there any way we can stay as a F2B status.
Any help will be appreciated.
