  • Very important , need help in petition

    Hello everybody , hope everything is good as well , my question about petition process form I 130 for spouse, is there anyone knows and faced an experience about this process ? how long does it take ? i've heared that it takes too much time up to four years , please try to help with helpful information and your efforts are appreciated , thank you all .

    Hi!!!

    Hello i will help you but first can you tell me about your status ? are you a US citizen , or green card holder? Olso can you tell me your spouse country because this is very importan.. and the last think is whats is your priority date ?(priority date is the day that USCIS have get your case)

    07/07/2020 Application sent to USCIS
    23/07/2020 Checks have been cleared
    28/07/2020 Received 4 NOA receipts in the mail
    06/08/2020 RFIE arrived at the mail (photocopy of Birth Certificate was required with original stamps)
    25/08/2020 USCIS received RFIE and started to process again the application.

      If you are a U.S. citizen, you can petition your spouse and get her here in 9-12 months.
      If you are a Green Card holder, it will take 18+ months.

        Hello sir , thank you for replying me , i'm a green card holder and my spouse is in the middle east in republic of Iraq .

            As I posted to you earlier,
            "If you are a U.S. citizen, you can petition your spouse and get her here in 9-12 months.
            If you are a Green Card holder, it will take 18+ months."

            If the process takes any longer (3-4 years), it is because the petitioner made mistakes.
