F Visa & TPS
Good evening everyone, I hope you are doing well.
I have a few questions, please, regarding my F1 visa.
I'm a Syrian, and I'm on F1 visa.
MY VISA EXPIRED IN MAY 2014, but I'm still studying and I'm in good standing in the university, and my I20 is still valid until 2016.
I want to apply for TPS. My questions are:
1. Does the TPS cancel or affect ( in any way ) my immigration status?
2. Since my visa expired, and if I get the TPS, is there any difference between ( TPS with valid visa and TPS with expired visa )?
3. When the TPS is terminated, which immigration status am I going to have ? ( since my visa is expired )?
