If u have ur case number , go to nvc.state.gov pay the aos fees.. Then print out the cover page... I used the same cover page for both aos packet and supporting documents packet ... IV fees it takes a while to pay ... I already sent both my documents March 15

hmm, what i read the NVC website its said we need to complete the IV form and pay all the fees then only submit all the supporting document, really not sure what to do first

You can call the nvc and make sure . When I called nvc they told me you can send both the documents before paying the iv application
