Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder ) Spouse Visa Petition -I-130

I am a US green card holder. I am unemployed. I got married in my back home country. I need to file my husbands spouse visa petition I-130.

Please advise me how to file my petition and what documents are required for filling this petition.

File form I-130 and G-325A for each, with $420 submittal fee, and proof of relationship, to either of the two submittal addresses shown at:
