I'm the petitioner and going to start AOS. I did not work
and no income since 2014 that's why my sister volunteer to be my joint sponsor. The thing is my sister never had a job coz she was studying in previous year. She just started her job last March 20 2017 and still working right now. She's earning $25 per hour and working full time. Household size is just her. I wonder if she's ok to file for a joint sponsor? Thanks in advance

Your sister can be an I-864 (or I-864A co-sponsor), but you must still be the primary sponsor, with your I-864, even if you have no income. But her lack of a 2016 Federal income tax return may cause her sponsorship to be rejected.
