I'm a U.S. Citizen filed for I130 for my wife . Case got approved on December. 31st 2014 . First week of jan I got 797 form saying that it has been send to nvc . Been calling them this month every week, they keep saying they haven't received our case . Then I decided to call Uscis this week found out they send the case on February 26 to nvc. Did anyone have the same problem . Do I have to wait another month or 2 get my case number . Please help
