    I130 Approved

    I 130 Petition for my parents has been approved by USCIS. I now got letter from NVC to complete the application for consular processing. My parents are visiting US next month on B1/B2 . Can I now opt for Adjustment of Status ? Please advise.

    If not what are the documents I need to send with I 864 other than financial documents ?
