FORM I-864 Expiration Date?

Just wondering...there's and expiration date of 03/31/2015 on the I-864 form (top right side). Should I wait until April 1st to see if there's an updated form to fill out, or can I go ahead and fill out, sign, date, and submit this current form?

This will be mailed internationally with a possible 5-10 business day delivery time frame.

Use the I-864 that is currently available, the "3/31/2015" version.

Here's another (silly) question, but I want it to be correct...My husband is a Jr. Should that follow his Last Name or his Given Name on Part 4 of this form?

On the form put "last name, Jr" Or leave "Jr" out altogether since it is a suffix.
