using last name to passport

Hey Guys, can someone help me with this I filed I-130 for my wife, it has been approved, Now NVC ask me to submit documents, she has her family name to all the form but now she put my last name in the passport, would that be a problem to NVC?
please help.

i think you just have to attach proof of last-name-change, for example in my marriage certificate there's a section that states I changed my family name to my husband's last name
