My name is Gloria Rigonan from the Philippines. My U.S Citizen husband, who was granted citizenship during the war and he died in 1979. We have a daughter Norma. I was wondering if we can come to the U.S even if my husband is not alive anymore. I gave birth to my daughter and he was already a Citizen and married to me. A lot of people been saying that my daughter is U.S Citizen by birth even if she wasn't born in the U.S. She was born in the Philippines.
Is it possible to come to America even if my husband is not living? What are the steps?
