Ds 260 fee?

Good morning,

I have two questions which I am hoping someone might be able to answer.

First, the link to pay the fee for the DS 260 after we log in does not work. It brings us to a screen that says $0.00 and no option to pay. It has been 3 weeks since we confirmed submission of the the DS 261. I have emailed the NVC multiple times about this without response, and despite calling the telephone number listed every hour or so for a week, we only get a "all our representatives are busy" recording. May I mail the fee in instead, or should I continue checking for this link? How long does it usually take for it to be active?

Secondly, do we submit the AOS before the DS 260 becomes available? The form says specifically to submit all paperwork in one package, but elsewhere it says that the AOS and I864 have to be received to do the DS 260. It's not very consistent.

You cannot pay the $325 visa fee until you receive the invoice from the NVC or the NVC page allows you to pay it online. With the invoice from the NVC, you can mail the payment to: NVC Fee Processing Center, P O Box 790136, St Louis, NO 63179-0136

The combined sponsorship and civil documents can be mailed together with the Welcome letter and cover/contents page before all fees are paid

From other forums page, I came to know that it may take 4-6 weeks sometimes for IV fee become available online. So, please wait for few weeks more for IV bill.

I don't think it is mandatory to send all i864 doc and civil doc to send in one package. you can send documents with proper cover letter (i864 docs and civil docs). After receiving your documents at NVC they will put all your documents together.

One More thing: DON'T Click on "COMPLETED" button in the ceac.state.gov's DS-261 page.

What happens if you click on "COMPLETED" ? I just did before I read this and I am having the same problem where I can't get anybody on the phone or email
