Hi, I am having some problems finding some, up to date, answers for my visa questions, so i hope that some of you visa experts might be able to help me.
A little about myself, I am 29 from Denmark and are a software engineer, a Masters degree in Computer Science, with two options right now i can either get a L1 visa or a H1 via from two different of the Big Four software companies.
I am only expecting ballpark numbers!
- If i take the path of a L1, will my wife be able to work right away?
- If i take the path of a H1, will my wife be able to work right away?
- Taking the path of a L1, how long dose it normally take to get a Green Card from the time it is applied.
- Taking the path of a H1, how long dose it normally take to get a Green Card from the time it is applied.
- Taking the path of a L1, how long dose it normally take before the company will apply for a green card?
- Taking the path of a H1, how long dose it normally take before the company will apply for a green card?
