My us immigration file of f4 category is approved and started from 1 April 2015. but my two children are not shown in iv application list.now what to do?

one is 23 year and another is 26 year. my file was filled in 02 jan 2003. and now it's at nvc. my ds 160 is already filled. and also aos fees. but in iv processing fees only me and my wife shows. not my any child. are my children elegible for cspa.Last edited by hkpatel89; 04-19-2015, 01:12 AM.

Both of your children have aged out, as of the date your Priority Date became available for a visa. It is possible that the younger child may receive some benefit from the CSPA calculation, but you should do the calculation available on this forum site at: /usa-immigrant-visa-process/cspa-calculator/

Assuming that the calculator worked correctly for you (and I can't verify that), it's not that the CSPA calculation makes the children eligible, but will show any benefit for waiting period credit being given to the children. I've used a different CSPA calculator in the past, and it wouldn't have given the response you are describing.

I just called yesterday and the they told me like this. So the wait for system will be updated. or you can call to NVC to confirm it.
