    F4 immigration visa-China

    Hi there,

    My mom is the primary beneficiary of F4 and she is in China right now. I am her derivative and I am in the U.S. with my F1 student visa. My question is "do I need go back to China to have the immigration interview along with my mom?
    Please help!
