    To whom it may concern,
Kindly note that my I-130 application was submitted on April 01.02.2013. We have also submitted G-325 and DS-230 and we paid the IV fee payment and other required fees.
We still did not receive any reply or documents, phone calls or any reply in order to proceed.
Please note that the petitioner is my husband ( Permenant Resident ) and Iam the beneficiary ( Lebanese Citizen) .
    I appreciate any reply

    Thank you

If you, the petitioner, are a Permanent Resident, your husband is subject to a visa quota waiting period until his Priority Date is reachable. While waiting, however, you must have some contact with the National Visa Center at least once a year or the approved petition and case may expire.

      Thank you for your reply,

Please note that i checked online and the result was :
"Case was approved: On October 10, 2013 we approved your Form 1-130, ImmigrantPetition for relative . We will mail your approval notice"

We did not receive anything . We have also called and checked with thw USCIS , they referred me to the NVC and i ended up here.

Nice, your PD is coming up soon.
I would have thought the NVC would have contacted you by now to schedule an interview ahead of time.

Your petition was approved, but after that you have a waiting period at the National Visa Center before the Priority Date is reachable.

Have you gone onto the NVC website and submitted form DS-261 (agent designation) for someone in the States to be the agent for the case?

              Hi Ray,

How can one submit on line DS261 based on approval notice from USCIS only ? If there is no reply from NVC, can one still submit DS261 on line ? The system is asking for case number. It is impossible to contact NVC on phone.

You can't access the NVC page or your case until you are assigned an NVC case number and an Invoice ID Number. These are not assigned until our Priority Date is near current.
