Hello everyone,
I'm US citizen, living in USA and I applied for a green card for my parents. They are not US citizens and they live in London, UK. They just got I-130 approved and I'm currently waiting to hear from NVC. I know, in a couple months they'll have an interview scheduled with US embassy in London, UK. However, they are not british and they speak english very basic. I don't want to risk them during the interview, because they are not used to american accent and might not be able to answer clearly. I wonder, if London US embassy have interpreters? I know, other non-english country embassies have, but England? Have you ever heard if they have and what languages? Can my parents bring an interpreter with them, or can my brother (who lives in UK and is fluent in english) be their interpreter?
Thank you so much for all the answers!!
