Interview- please help

Hi all,

My parents are residents in United Kingdom, but they are immigrants from another country. They are waiting for the interview to be scheduled. Where would be an interview? In their home country (they don't live there for 10-15 years) or in UK?

Would they have to go through medical examination in UK or in their home country?
