  • sponsorship requirement for I -130

I'm a petitioner for my wife and my child my case with the NVC now and I did pay all the fees, but my income for 2014 was $21.000 and I got new job 2 months ago and am making $4500 a month my question is can I get a letter from my employee showing my new income and attached with my last year income to sponsor my family or there's anyway to do it by my self with my $21.000 . I will appreciate your help thanks

Your 2014 Federal tax return showing $21,000 total income can't be changed, but must still be part of your sponsorship package.

But you must also provide proof, going back several months, of current income which will annualize to exceed the $25,000+ income requirement:
    1. Employment verification letter
    2. Paystubs for several months
3 Bank statements for several months showing monthly deposits

Thanks Ray B for your response I just want to what do you mean by saying I will part of the sponsorship package I did submit my tax income for 2014with all these :-
      1. Employment verification letter
      2. Paystubs for several months
3 Bank statements for several months showing monthly deposits
Is good enough or still have to look for another sponsor for my case

If you did this already, including a copy of your 2014 Federal income tax return, you don't have a problem...unless the NVC (or USCIS, depending on who is processing your sponsorship documents) sends an RFE for additional sponsorship info or a co-sponsor.
