hi hello to everybody. i just wanted to ask, can my wife petition her mom who is staying with us here in the U.S.?
The thing is that she is just visiting and on her last days of stay she got sick and and found out she has stage 3 colon cancer. she end up staying at the hospital for 2 more months and now doing chemo therapy. She is still in the process of it and i don't know when is she gonna get well. we plan to petition her next year 2016 but she is still here in the U.S..
can she apply for immigrant visa or can my wife petition her to become an immigrant?
