Hi All,
I am new to this thread. I was filling DS-260 form and come across a situation which put me on hold.
There is a question:- "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"
Now I have been refused student visa 2 times with the reason 214(b) that you will not return back to India.
So while filling DS260 for my immigration visa if I click "Yes" to above question, an "Explain" box gets enable, what exactly should I write in it?. Is it necessary to mention dates on which my student visa was refused?
Looking at my case, if you could suggest a specific statement I could use it will be a big help.
