I'd like to avoid getting into specifics on this as it would likely get side-tracked. So if I could talk generally about this issue that would be appreciated.
If one was found inadmissible at an interview, and would otherwise begin a waiver process, but instead found documentation that meant the inadmissibility was in error, is there a channel to get the inadmissibility reviewed?
Or is the inadmissibility final and set in stone pending some other official process such as the waiver via USCIS?
That's my main issue: is there a channel or possibility?
