How can i obtain forma I-864 with barcode below for each sheet, i've tried diff browser but still wasn't a to download.

Download from the USCIS website and fill out form on your PC. After saving pages, the barcodes usually show up.

Ok Sir, but actually i did that many times butbar codes doesn't appear, and Sir do you think I shouldn't leave blanks on spaces not applicable or must I put N/A and never let it blank like what the older version's instruction?

If you are using a real PC, rather than a tablet, MAC or Smart Phone, and a real current version of Adobe Acrobat, the barcodes should appear after you enter data and save the form, go out, then go back in. The I-864 seems to have unsual probles iwth initializing barcodes, but if you follow my directions above, you shouldn't have a problem. All fields do not have to be entered, just priimary fields of different sections.

Ok Sir got it!!Another question,on the instruction, it says if not applicable i should put N/A or none on the spaces provided if zero or none, So, in all parts and its number with no corresponding answer to enter on my case I'll put N/A or none or 0?Im aftaid to be mistaken in following instruction on filling out that's why Sir.

Good day!Just confused with regards if filling out form I-864 (new revised) part6 question 18. a, my husband just have and filed his 2014 federal income tax return, in the question 18a Have you filed a Federal Income tax return for each of the three most recent tax years? Should he answers Yes or No?

Note: he only had and filed his 2014 federal income tax return.
