DS-261 Application Error

Hi, I have been encountering an Application Error after I press Start Application for DS-261 for two weeks. I have used 2 different laptops and 3 pads/mobiles to try.

Could anyone please let me know what’s wrong and what should I do?

Also, I have emailed and called the authority, but I got no reply and got cut off after a recorded message respectively. Anyone has idea how to contact them?
