Immigration - forms I 130 approved

Hi my brother in law form I 130 approved and we received welcome letter - but his son was not included in Applicant name in website as he more than 22 years - but he was qualify under child protection status act . Is any body

know what next step I have to do? Do I have to fill up any form or just call to NVC - Please hlep.

I have same question and in a same boat, can someone please help if we need to fill out any form for derivative child who aged out but eligible for visa under CSPA. Just liked JJP, children's name doesn't appear on IV Processing file.

Hi , I all ready call to NVC and they told me to wail till the priority date is current. Once the priority date is current we need to submit form DS 230 with fees and civil document for son/daughter who qualify under CSPA . Make sure to submit all document together with principal beneficially and spouse document together with cover letter for qualifying son/daughter in one mail. ( You need to call before doing this to confirm it)
