What's the difference between visa bulletin dates and processing timeframe? USCIS
Hello,
I have already filed for my parents I-130, but I am just wondering: If I do file for my siblings (country: ALBANIA) will it surely take more than 10 years for it to process? For parents is the time 5 months or how does it work for them the time?
I checked on https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do and it said
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a brother or sister June 22, 2011
For parent it said 5 months.
My question is, what does this mean? I read here on the forum that it takes 13-15 years for a sibling, and I don't know about parents. Could it also depend maybe on the country?
