Recently we got a mail to fill the ds-260 of 2 derivaties one of the derivative is not ready to come. So we kept that ds-260 in incomplete and i-864 form is already been submitted with this 2 derivaties name.? Now we have completed the ds-260 for one who is willing to come and we submited the civil documnet of this person only.?? So i want to know do NVC will ask for ciivil documet for the derivative whos ds-260
Is incomplete but his name already been mentioned and submited in i-864 form..

Regarding interview date

Our approval date was 18 sept 2002 and now bulletine is of 15-jan-2003
And we received the mail from nvc that 2 derivaties child protection act form were accepted and have to fill the ds-260 so now after completeing this how much more time it will take for an interview date.??

Same case with two derivative children

Hi Rohit,

I am almost in same case. When I filled for my brother 12 years ago, two of his son's were part of petition I did for his family. Now both the sons are 23 and 26 years old. We just got letter from NVC to start the processing by paying fees, application form etc...Do I have to fill out fill out any form to have their names added to petition (as a derivative child) first before I pay any fees? any help will be appreciated.
