I 797 Duplicate Request

Hello Sir,
I have lost my I 797 for H1B which was approved 4 years back from my ex employer. Now I need to transfer it to my current employer but I don't have it. Ex employer also don't have duplicate copy for it. So how can get duplicate copy for it. please suggest me.
