NVC Welcome letter received for only one of the twin sisters. What should I do?

I am a petitioner, US citizen. The separate immigrant petitions for my twin sisters were approved and sent to the NVC at the same time in 2003.

I received the NVC Welcome Letter dated June 2015 FOR ONLY ONE of the twins, paid the fees for the visa processing and collected the required documents.


I have not received any communication from NVC regarding my other sister. I emailed and mailed requests to the NVC, no response.


My mailing address remains unchanged.


Please advise the steps I should take. Thank you!

it took the nvc 12 years to approve your sister ?, I'm applying for my mother and I expected it will be a 3 months process ? please tell me it's not true I'm freaking out here I have to be in the states in at least 3 months
