I-130 processing

Hi all!!

I am about to apply for my wifes sponsorship to the US. I am a US born
citizen and was married abroad about a month ago. When applying for her
sponsorship it says my birth certificate is required. The name on my birth
certificate has my middle and last name incorrect; my fathers name was
placed there by mistake. However rest of the information is correct, DOB, place of
birth, etc. My question is will this be an issue because I do have my US
passport, ID, school records, and all to prove my identity. Will this be an
issue when applying the I-130? If there is a substitute or any way to move
forward without a hitch please do advise. I just want to get my wife here asap.

I 130 approval Status

Hello,
I am green card holder. I have applied I 130 in March 2015 . I just received the case has been received by USCIS. I did not get approval yet. I dont know how long it takes to get the approval on the case.
Also I am from Bangladesh and my husband also from Bangladesh but he lives in JAPAN under working VISA as an Engineer. I got married in Japan. SO which embassy he should face for the Interview?

Please if anyone knows the answer reply me.
