I live in Korea and wasn't aware there is a USCIS office here, so I sent my I-130 for my wife to the lockbox in America. The estimated processing time is 5 months, but the processing time at the Seoul office here in Korea is only a few weeks. Is there any way I can contact the Nebraska center where my I-130 currently is and have them send it to the Seoul office? I am assuming the answer is no. In that case, is the only way to change to withdraw and resubmit? If I do this, do I have to pay the processing fee again?
