Hello Sir/Madam,
I am about to apply I-130 for my brother. The question is that I need to establish relation that at least we have one common parents. So in my passport father name is AJAYKUMAR and my brother birth certificate and passport father name is AJAYBHAI.
It's a same person but difference in "KUMAR" AND "BHAI". Do my father need to provide affidavit that shows that it's a same person while I submitting I-130? Thanks in advance.
