I-130 Application for brother
I am about to submit I-130 application for my brother. The question is that father name shows difference in my and my brother passport and birth certificate. It shows father name is "AJAYKUMAR" AND my brother passport father name is "AJAYBHAI". But it's same person. So do my father need to provide affidavit that shows that they are one person while I am submitting I-130 application? Thanks in advance.
