Hello,
Our case is F4 and we submitted our civil documents + other papers to NVC last month, they received and told us to wait for 30 days. However, we only completed DS-260 yesterday, does that mean we will have to wait for another 30 days (or more) for them to review? Do we have to resend our documents since I read that DS-260 needs to be filled in before submitting documents?
Also, at first, NVC's welcome letter only included my parents' names, I am 24 now but still eligible for CSPA and we plan to fine for it once the case reaches the Embassy here, however, I just notice they added my name a couples days ago (but still not invoiced). Can someone tell me why they did that?
