Form i864a help needed

Hi:

we have submitted the two forms of i864 to NVC

1.affidavit of support i864 by Petitioner (Spouse)
2.affidavit of support i864 by 1st Joint Sponsor.

1st joint sponsor is uncle of my spouse and they live in their own home which means my spouse is not a household member. Now the Consulate ask us to submit the i864a form also.. my question is that who will be sponsor and household in i864a form ?

1. Did the Consulate ask for an I-864A, or was it USCIS?
2. The request was probably made because you mentioned the uncle on the primary I-864.
3. Before doing the I-864A (with petitioner as sponsor and uncle as household member), make sure the uncle's income was reported and combined on the I-864.

2. my spouse submitted the form as main sponsor and uncle submitted the his copy of i864 as joint sponsor.

Now in i864a my spouse will be sponsor and household will be uncle. is this right ?

Right, if submitting an I-864A, petitioner is sponsor and household member is uncle.
